This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Learn Welsh: Draig (the “App”), published by Matthew Morgan and available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other contact details directly.
The App does use a small amount of technical and usage data, described below.
We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how the App is used, such as session activity, onboarding progress, learning pack milestones, and paywall interactions. This includes technical data collected automatically by Firebase, such as device model, operating system version, app version, general location derived from IP address, and an app instance identifier. This data is not linked to your name or contact details.
The App carries no advertising and does not collect or use the advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID).
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google Play through your App Store or Google Play account. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription and purchase entitlement status. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous subscriber identifier and transaction data (such as purchase and renewal dates and entitlement status) needed to unlock the App. We do not collect, access, or store your payment card details; these are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Learning content and your progress are stored on your device. The App connects to the internet to record the analytics described above and to verify your purchase or subscription status.
The App offers two ways to unlock full access:
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not collect, access, or store payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google Play and governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details from anyone, including children. The technical and usage data described above is not used to identify individual users.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
