These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mobile application Learn Welsh: Draig (the “App”), published by Matthew Morgan and available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers two ways to unlock full access, processed by Apple or Google Play through your App Store or Google Play account:

• Monthly subscription – an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly, which may include a free trial period. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription (including any trial) renews automatically and your payment method will be charged.
• Lifetime purchase – a one-time payment that unlocks the App permanently, with no recurring charge.

• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Prices may change at any time without notice; changes will not affect a lifetime purchase or subscription period you have already paid for.
• Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google Play, as applicable.

3. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption or error.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matthew Morgan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
